GIVE YOUR SHOP A GOOD HOME.
Card Kennel is a marketplace and toolkit for independent card shops. List your inventory for players and collectors, run the counter, handle trades and see what is selling, all in one place. Built for Bulldog Community Gaming, a card shop in Indiana.
Marketplace fee: 2–5% of the item price on each sale made through Card Kennel — online or at the built-in register, set for your shop when you join. Sales rung through your own point of sale, such as Square, carry no marketplace fee. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe.

Questions
Good to know
What does it cost?
The marketplace fee is 2–5% of the item price on each sale made through Card Kennel, online or at the built-in register, set for your shop when you join. It is charged to your shop, not added to what the buyer pays. Sales rung through your own point of sale, such as Square, carry no marketplace fee. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe.
Who pays Stripe's card processing fees?
Once payouts are live, you do, as the seller on your own Stripe account. Stripe charges them at its standard rates, separate from the marketplace fee, and Card Kennel does not set or collect them. See Stripe's current pricing.
How do I get paid?
Once payouts are live, online sales will be charged on your own Stripe account and paid out to your shop's bank account through Stripe. Payouts through Stripe are rolling out.
Do I need to use Square?
No. You can use the register that is built in. Connecting your own Square account so register sales update your online stock is rolling out.
Can I move my inventory over?
Yes, from a CSV spreadsheet. Importing a scanner export directly, with market prices and a preview before anything goes live, is rolling out.
Who can see my shop's data?
Inside your shop, only the staff you invite, each with a Clerk, Manager or Owner role. An audit log records who changed what, and each shop's inventory, orders and customers are kept separate from every other shop's. The Card Kennel team can access it to run and support the service.
Where can players and collectors buy from me?
Online checkout is rolling out, and it is currently limited to buyers in Indiana.
